Mar 29, 2017 - This document will provide instructions on how to delete a calendar within Outlook on the web, Outlook 2016 for Windows, and Outlook 2016.
On your Exchange calendar, you will occasionally see appointments orother entries accidentally duplicated, possibly more than once. Thiscan happen for a variety of reasons; one common cause is synchronizinga PDA that either has duplicate entries on it or is set to theincorrect time zone. Another is making a mistake while importing fromsome other source, for example, a backup.
Unfortunately, you'll need to identify and delete these entriesmanually. However, to make the task easier, you can configure Outlookto display all your calendar items on one long scrollable page, andthen select and delete multiple entries at once.
